B915F silica is a synthetic amorphous micronized silica powder used infrying oil to improve its quality, prolong its life and reduce enterprise cost.As B915F silica combines large specific surface area and unique porousstructure, after being added to the frying oil, it can adsorb contaminants likefree fatty acids, polar materials, soaps, phospholipids, trace metals，burnt particles andeliminate off-odors by short contact. 1-4% of B915F silica by weight is slowly and uniformly added to frying oilat 90-150℃; and after the B915F silica is dispersed into the frying oil, the fryingoil is agitated for 5-15min, and then the silica is filtered away throughfilter paper;
