Boruistal FP series products are micronized silica powder which is high in flowability and purity and free of pollution. They havethe characteristics of being low in particle size, large in surface area and high in porosity. They have high adsorptive capacity due tosilicon hydroxyl distributed on the surface. The quality of pharmaceutic preparation, especially tablets, and the drug performance can be effectively improved by adding the Boruistal FP series products.
Boruistal FP series products have higher adsorptive capacity and higher moisture absorption due to high porosity and large internal surface area, and thus, they can keep active ingredients dry, prevent degradation and improve stability of APIs.
Boruistal FP series products have large surface area higher than 200 ㎡/g, they can achieve an obvious absorptive effect due
to high surface activity, and they have the adsorptive capacity to hydrophilic and hydrophobic compounds.
Boruistal FP series products are low in particle size so that silica particles can be fully contained between pharmaceutical particles, and the filling way reduces the interaction force between the pharmaceutical particles. Boruistal FP series products can improve pharmaceutical flowability, achieve glidant effect, effectively prevent materials from being stuck to the surface of a punch during tableting, easily obtain tablets, prevent tablet cracking, ensure smooth tableting and achieve anti-sticking effect.
Distribution of particle size is controlled to help Boruistal FP series products more uniformly mixed with APIs and improve
content uniformity.
Due to a lot of hydrophilic groups on the surface, Boruistal FP series products can adsorb water in air on the surface of powder coating to form electrophilic film, or reduce the surface resistance depending on proton transfer, and achieve anti-static effect.
